The EXTERNAL_SAAS upcoming integrations are currently hard-coded in the front-end code base. These should come from an API and that API should get this configuration from the cloud services. This will ensure that the self-hosted users, business and enterprise, who are on an older version, also keep getting notified about the upcoming integrations and they don't need to upgrade to a newer version to get these integrations.
