Some missing icons have been replaced by similar alternatives: - octicon file-pdf has been replaced by faicon file_pdf - octicon file-text has been replaced by octicon file - alltheicon git has been replaced by faicon git_alt - fileicon R has been replace by faicon r_project

I searched the issue tracker and this hasn't been PRed before.
