Add support for
scope_logs.schema_urlfor opentelemetry.Description
Encode scope_logs.schema_url inside
scopeforin_opentelemetryand then set it again inout_opentelemetryusing a record accessor for that searches forscope.schema_urlinside the logs group attributes.This should fix issue #10143.
