This PR fixes plugin packaging errors on iOS encountered during publishing version 1.0.0-beta.3 to FAB and addresses related minor issues:

  • Removes platform-specific assertion handling from USentrySubsystem
  • Adds checks to determine whether screenshots should be captured during assertion/crash handling on iOS
