Description
These are the extra vertex formats guaranteed to be supported by Vulkan and DirectX if acceleration structures are supported (though not metal when that gets added so these can't be part of the main acceleration structure feature). Also adds some more validation that seems to have been previously missing.

Testing
Adds new tests.
