Simple adoption of updated firebase-ios-sdk

Related issues

Note that there were/are publishing problems for the firestore-ios-sdk-frameworks artifacts, however, despite the build over there not completing successfully, the artifacts it created appear to have been published enough to function:

• Related Release script not creating github release, not updating README list of supported tags correctly firestore-ios-sdk-frameworks#121
