Investigate persona alignment/overlap in existing/new docs content

• Evaluate existing docs content for possibilities of expanding/refocusing to fit needs identified by secondary goal-based personae, particularly needs that overlap between multiple personae. Capture these possibilities in discrete issues for easy execution.
• Discuss how secondary persona alignment and overlap can help us prioritize which items of net-new documentation should be created first.
• In both of the above, consider any specific examples or "how we got to know IPFS" anecdotes from persona testing interviews that may be illustrative.
• Keep in mind the stated need for "case studies that aren't quite case studies" -- not necessarily named orgs who have implemented Thing X using IPFS, but docs that are more akin to guidance for how IPFS fits into a larger architecture for commonly-encountered goals (like our secondary-persona goals!) These issues from the main IPFS GH repo are a good potential guiding light for case study topics/goals. Also see forum discussion here.
