安装UV

网络不佳可以windows直接下载uv0.76.exe 蓝奏云或者 123盘 uv官网

复现uv项目，确保项目根目录有`uv.lock`,`pyproject.toml`

把上面下载的uv.exe放项目根目录，然后运行uv sync
