The GNU link worked for me just now in FireFox. Not sure why it flaked last week too: #243884.

I guess https://www.mercurial-scm.org/about#open-source can be used for the broken CopyrightUrl. Not sure how to fix this and get this auto generated PR to get landed. I'm a little surprised this got flagged, because the 7.0 build did not: ad159d3.

Also while manual things are being fixed, is there an automatic way to update the copyright year to $current_year? It's not 2022 anymore.
