The MSRV-aware resolver does not properly choose an MSRV-compliant version for dependencies that specify a git URL for local development (i.e.
bsonandmongocrypt). It doesn't seem possible to tellcargo generate-lockfileto use released versions, so instead this PR edits out the git dependencies before generating the lockfile.
