Added two fallback methods to get the parent process path, to account for Firefox's recent removal of the process environment variable
MOZ_CRASHREPORTER_RESTART_ARG_0. As mentioned by the FF Dev here:#14 (comment)
Haven't tested on Linux or Mac, but seems to work fine on Windows.
