We need to start working on a set of tutorials and content catered to client side development, namely PAPI.

This can be used as a base, but will probably need to be expanded into a couple of pages: https://dev.to/badery/beginners-guide-to-polkadot-api-papi-youve-got-mail-mc1

The rough IA could go as follows:

Introduction to PAPI - goes over its basic architecture/background
Building a simple CLI with PAPI
... other examples/tutorials, ideally showing how to compose with PAPI
- XCM would be a bonus!
Using create-polkadot-dapp
