Two fails for unreal:

It echoes back an invalid UTF8 key in the FAIL line. It's probably within its rights to do this
It accepts METADATA * SUB :: which is buggy

actually, it was allowed. I sent a fix to the spec: ircv3/ircv3-specifications#567
