I would be interested in joining the tools team. |
@japaric It might be worth including |
@jamesmunns cross is already listed under projects @Emilgardis awesome! |
@japaric I'm interested, thanks. |
What about https://github.com/bobbin-rs/bobbin-cli/ ? |
@little-arhat bobbin-rs is developed by @jcsoo, who is an Embedded-WG member. As far as I know, this is a personal project of his. You would have to ask him if he would be interested in having it maintained in the Embedded-WG space. |
Also interested in joining the tools team! Though I still haven't finished the svd monster refactor from months back. |
@jamesmunns ok, clear. bobbin-cli is super heplful tool (thanks, @jcsoo!), so I think it would be nice to have it under embedded-wg umbrella. |
I've been super busy on another project, but I wouldn't mind having bobbin-cli maintained in the Embedded-WG space in the long run. |
@therealprof @ryankurte awesome! Welcome to the team. @jcsoo sounds like you would to transfer the project in the future? The procedure for transferring a project into the rust-embedded org is covered in RFC #136 |
As per RFC #136 this PR kickstarts the tools team
Note that the team composition is not final. The team is expected to grow over time. The mechanism
for joining a team is specified in RFC #136.
@therealprof previously you expressed interest in cargo-binutils and having more debugging /
flashing tools. Would you be interested in joining this team to help maintain the existing tools and
develop new ones?
@Emilgardis @ryankurte currently you are collaborators of the svd2rust repository. Would you be
interested in joining this team to help maintain and develop the other tools we have?
