Added yarn managed universal image

This build can work in any current and next project.
For now i added image in own docker hub for testing.
Build works a bit slower than it should because of current yarn issues.
We may change this to npm.
If yarn installed locally build will take modules from local cache folder.

to test put Makefile in package.json folder.
make will run compile and delete all modules after.
make front for development. Keeps all in places.
make task if you need to run specific task.
