Making the appropriate changes to use the new
StatsAnalyzer
code inwebrtc-media-core
. From an SDK perspective, this is mostly just upgrading thewebrtc-media-core
version, but there are a few other changes as well:StatsAnalyzer
still lived in the SDKChange Type

All tests were done on the
webrtc-media-core
