This failed during the cloud outage last week, how do we trigger the checks again?

I restarted them. In the future, you can git pull main and push the new commit. If there are no new changes from main, you can do git commit --allow-empty to create an empty commit solely for the sake of triggering CI

I opened up #3389 because this PR has a few weird things going on that broke CI, like changing package.json and some of the images being deleted.
